We offer a 14-day returns period for all items purchased at Sianswimwear.com. This is calculated from the day you receive your order.

If you live in the UK we offer a free returns service including exchanges. We exchange or refund any unworn, unwashed merchandise, with all labels intact and not removed, within 14 days of delivery.

We are unable to offer free returns on sale items.

Goods shipped outside the UK still benefit from our 14-day returns policy, but do not qualify for free returns. We recommend using a guaranteed service that requires a signature upon arrival at Mail Order, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.

At the moment we are unable to ship goods to Russia, unless it is going to a business address. Please bear this in mind before continuing with your order.
